Serengeti Joy Tours has a dedicated team of specialists in Arusha and Moshi. All of our safari operations are conducted from Arusha while trekking operations are conducted from the town of Moshi. The safari specialists are responsible for the comfort of each tour and are available when they are needed. The reservations team will suggest the best itinerary and time for safari and trekking and will provide you with all the information you will need for a well planned safari in Tanzania. They process all bookings, be it accommodation, internal flights or activities from hot air ballooning in Serengeti to local village visit, they make sure that your special needs will be attended to.. They will insure the payments are made, including the initial deposit, by direct deposit into the company bank account. Upon confirmation of funds being received, you will be issued with a receipt and re-issued with the updated itinerary invoice for your referral.
On arrival day you will be met and transferred to a booked hotel, you will attend a briefing on the next day trip, where you will be informed of general safari etiquette, safety issues and what to expect on your Tanzania safari. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to expert. Our operations manager and his team are liable for our safari jeeps and driver schedule. Organizing transfers between the airport and hotels, checking mountain and camping equipment and vehicles on a regular basis and making sure that they are always in an outstanding condition and ready for specific tasks. Our guides speak fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian and are available to assist at any time you will need them.
Joy Team on Kilimanjaro and Meru Trekking
Our mountain team is responsible for mountain trekking including mount Meru, Mount Kilimanjaro and Ol Doinyo Lengai. The team will ensure the faultless and safe trekking from the beginning to the summit and down to Moshi. A day before every climb our guests receive a full briefing and their personal trekking gears will be checked by our mountains guides and make sure you have perfect gears for comfortable stay on the mountain. The route, safety procedures and health issues will be discussed in detail and there will be time for asking questions. In addition, the camping gears provided by Serengeti Joy Tours will be inspected carefully to ensure that everything is ready.
