The first 2 days of the trek cross the thick rainforest belt which then changes into heath and moorland with many ferns and ericas along the way as you trek up. The Lemosho route has small trail which sometimes has very steep passageways and goes through various landscapes. On the third day of your 7 days Lemosho route, the Lemosho trail joins the Machame route.
